The Snap Pea Salad We’re Making All Summer Long 🥗✨

There’s something about summer that calls for crisp, cool salads and this one’s become a staple in our kitchen. It’s crunchy, herby, a little sweet, a little spicy, and takes minutes to make.

We teamed up with our friends at Beituti to bring this seasonal star to life, and of course, we finished it off with a generous drizzle of our OG Spicy Green Chutney for that bold Afghan flavor you know and love.

Here’s how to make our summer snap pea salad:

Ingredients:

  • A big handful of fresh sugar snap peas

  • A few sprigs of fresh dill

  • Sea salt + freshly cracked black pepper

  • Beituti’s Lemon Tahini

  • A squeeze of fresh orange juice

  • A drizzle of hot honey

  • Tursh OG Spicy Green Chutney 💚

Steps:

  1. Prep your peas: Slice sugar snap peas on a bias (trust us, they do taste better this way).

  2. Season: Toss with chopped dill, a pinch of salt, and a crack of black pepper.

  3. Make the dressing: Mix Beituti’s Lemon Tahini with a splash of orange juice and a drizzle of hot honey until creamy.

  4. Toss it up: Coat the snap peas in the dressing and mix until everything’s coated.

  5. Finish strong: Drizzle a generous spoonful of our OG Spicy Green Chutney over the top.
