Tursh means "sour" or "tangy" in Dari and is a culinary love letter to Afghan heritage — artisanal chutneys and sauces inspired by generations-old family recipes. Made in small batches with real ingredients and bold flavors, Tursh brings a vibrant twist to your table.

Our OG Spicy Green Chutney is naturally gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free, but we make it in a kitchen that is not certified gluten-free or vegan so cross contamination may occur.

1 year but we’re positive you’ll enjoy it within 2–3 weeks. It’s best kept refrigerated! Each jar is made fresh and includes a “best by” label so you’ll always know.

All orders are processed from our California facility and shipped within one week (excluding holidays and weekends). Shipping will take an additional 3-6 business days, depending on your location.

We do our best to deliver your order within a timely manner, but with all the shipping and transit complications these days, sometimes it can take a bit longer. We’re also small-batch so give us time to make it perfect!

Honestly? Everything. Use it as a dip, drizzle, marinade, sandwich spread, or flavor booster in your cooking. It’s the secret ingredient your meals didn’t know they needed.

Unfortunately, a lot of sauces on the market use dyes to give their chutney that bright green color that people are familiar with.

We love our chutney the way it is, and would never mask their true look with artificial colors!
