

Spicy Noodle Bowl with OG Spicy Green Chutney + Jozo Tamari
Cozy dinner vibes 🍜 ft. @getjozo + a big spoonful of our OG Spicy Green Chutney. This noodle bowl is warm, savory, and perfectly spicy, aka your new weeknight go-to.
Ingredients (Serves 2):

½ lb ground beef

3-4 tbsp Jozo Tamari

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp sesame oil
-
Black pepper + pinch of ginger

6 oz noodles of choice (ramen, udon, soba, etc.)

½ cup edamame
-
2 green onions, chopped
-
Sesame seeds (for topping)
For the Glaze:

1 tbsp Jozo Tamari
-
1 tbsp Tursh OG Spicy Green Chutney
-
1 tsp honey
-
1 tsp peanut butter
How to Make It:

Cook the Beef:
In a pan, sauté the ground beef with Jozo Tamari, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and ginger until it is browned and flavorful. -
Boil the Noodles:
Cook your favorite noodles according to the package, then drain. -
Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together Jozo Tamari, OG Spicy Green Chutney, honey, and peanut butter until smooth. -
Combine Everything:
Add the glaze to the beef, then toss in the cooked noodles, edamame, and green onions. Stir to coat everything evenly. -
Serve & Top:
Plate your noodles and finish with more green onions and sesame seeds.
