A perfectly pan-seared salmon filet, crispy air-fried Japanese sweet potatoes, and a bright, crunchy carrot ribbon salad come together in a wholesome, flavor-packed plate. Top it all off with a bold drizzle of our OG Spicy Green Chutney for a fiery, herby finish.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

For the Salmon:

  • 1 salmon filet (about 5–6 oz)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp paprika

For the Japanese Sweet Potatoes:

  • 1 small Japanese sweet potato

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

For the Carrot Ribbon Salad:

  • 1 large carrot, peeled into ribbons

  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)

  • ½ tsp sesame oil

  • ½ tsp chili oil crunch (adjust to taste)

To Finish:

  • Tursh’s OG Spicy Green Chutney (to taste)

How to Make This Nourishing Plate:

1. Air-Fry the Sweet Potatoes:
Toss the full sweet potato in the airfryer, poked with holes and massaged with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Air fry at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy on the edges and tender inside.

2. Make the Carrot Ribbon Salad:
Use a vegetable peeler to make long, thin carrot ribbons. In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, coconut aminos, sesame oil, and chili oil crunch. Add carrot ribbons and sesame seeds, then toss to coat. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to marinate and soften.

3. Cook the Salmon:
Pat the salmon dry and season with garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook another 2–3 minutes, until golden and cooked through to your liking.

4. Drizzle with Chutney:
Finish with a generous drizzle of Tursh’s OG Spicy Green Chutney right over the salmon or everywhere, if you’re like us.

5. Serve & Enjoy!
One-pan luxury meets everyday simplicity. It’s fresh, fiery, and satisfying—all in under 30 minutes.
