Jammy Egg Toast with Chutney Yogurt

This elevated toast is INSANE! Creamy chutney-spiked yogurt, jammy eggs, and warm spices like sumac and za’atar come together on sourdough for a brunch-worthy bite. Topped with Edggies' Kale Sprinkles for crunch and color.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 slice sourdough, toasted

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp Tursh’s OG Spicy Green Chutney

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Pinch of sumac

  • Pinch of za’atar

  • Edggies’ kale sprinkles (to finish)

How to Make It:

  1. Make the Jammy Egg:
    Bring water to a boil, gently lower the egg in, and cook for 7½ minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, peel, and slice in half.

  2. Make the Chutney Yogurt Base:
    In a small bowl, mix yogurt with our OG Spicy Green Chutney. Spread generously over the toasted sourdough.

  3. Assemble the Toast:
    Top with the jammy egg halves. Season with salt, pepper, sumac, and za’atar. Finish with a sprinkle of Edggies' kale crunch for texture.

  4. Serve & Enjoy:
