This recipe layers fresh arugula, sweet persimmons, crisp cucumbers, bright pomegranate seeds, and Chuza’s signature Barrio Trail Mix—a spicy, crunchy blend that adds texture and personality.

How to Make the Tursh x Chuza Winter Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups arugula

  • 1 ripe persimmon, sliced

  • ½ cucumber, chopped

  • Handful of pomegranate seeds

  • ¼ cup Chuza Barrio Trail Mix

  • 1–2 tbsp OG Spicy Green Chutney

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Add arugula to a bowl as your base.

  2. Layer in sliced persimmons and cucumbers.

  3. Sprinkle generously with pomegranate seeds.

  4. Drizzle the chutney-olive oil dressing over the top.

  5. Finish with Chuza’s Barrio Trail Mix for crunch and heat.

  6. Toss lightly and serve immediately.
