

Avocado Toast with Eggs
Spiced Avocado Toast with Crispy Sunny-Side-Up Egg & Tursh Chutney
Your avocado toast needs an upgrade. We mix our OG Spicy Green Chutney with avocado into the base for an herby, tangy kick, then top our sourdough toast with a crispy, golden sunny-side-up egg seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, and za’atar. It’s the perfect high-protein, satisfying breakfast with layers of texture and taste.
Ingredients:

2 slices sourdough or your favorite bread

1 ripe avocado

1 tbsp OG Spicy Green Chutney

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 eggs
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp ground cumin
-
½ tsp za’atar
How to Make Spiced Avocado Toast:
1. Prepare the Avocado Base:

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with our OG Spicy Green Chutney until smooth and well combined.

Set aside while you prepare the eggs.
2. Cook the Crispy Sunny-Side-Up Eggs:

Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.

Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt, pepper, cumin, and za’atar.

Let cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny.

If you prefer crispier edges, slightly increase the heat for the last 30 seconds.
3. Assemble the Toast:

Toast the bread until golden and crispy.

Spread the mashed avocado-chutney mixture generously over each slice.

Top each toast with a crispy sunny-side-up egg.
4. Serve & Enjoy!

Serve immediately with extra za’atar or a drizzle of the chutney if desired.
