Ingredients (serves 4)
-
1 cucumber, sliced into 1-inch rounds or half-moons
-
20 cherry tomatoes
-
20 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
-
2 pouches Freestyle Snacks Hot & Spicy Green Olives
-
Wooden or metal skewers (soak wood ones if grilling or serving outdoors)

½ cup Tursh chutney, for dipping
-
Optional: fresh basil leaves, drizzle of olive oil, cracked black pepper
How to make them
-
Prep your ingredients: Slice cucumbers, rinse tomatoes, drain mozzarella and olives.
-
Assemble the skewers: Thread in this order (or freestyle your own): cucumber → tomato → mozzarella → olive. Repeat until the skewer is full.
-
Plate it up: Arrange on a platter. Add basil if you’d like and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
-
Serve with chutney dip: Set out a small bowl for dipping and watch them disappear.
